Bruce and I have some sick Addams family costumes! I also have the moth costume from this past Halloween, though thatsnot a chatacter costume
I’m not going to limit the term cosplay to “fictional characters from different media” truly I’m not really in that community and what I do isn’t that. I just used the term because it would get the most Makers involved. No judgement
Another option would be for Halloween?
I’d love to participate in some way! I have some half put together cosplay but I’d be super happy to help make accessories for people! (3D Modeling, electronics, jewelry etc.) Sounds awesome and I’ll definitely keep watching this thread!
Love to have you. Accessories are important. If you want to feature your accessories we can dress a few people in solid black plain garments so they pop. I want this to be as inclusive as possible.
The idea was there, and I was already in Canva. This really should be its own event and perhaps our first GALA. We really need more income streams. What say you @Finance and @Fundraising
Is there a way to change one of the middle model on this to either be not female or not pirate or both?
Agree. Like ironman ish, then one that is like an androgynous animal?

Much better!!!
I love it!
Yes, let’s please remember to be inclusive of variations in body shape, gender expression, planetary origin, etc.
(Also here’s a blank):
Oh the dangers you have wrought with a blank template.
We could have a Cosplay Silhouette Fashion Illustration contest and a photo backdrop . Thanks for the reminder and inspiration @Gretchen
Sounds awesome! How do we turn this into a fundraising event?
We make 3-5 designs and have people vote on which 2 we should use for the event. Each dollar is a vote, you can vote as many times and as much as you want.
Then we use the top two designs to actually promote the event
$5 dollar entry fee for your silhouette. Enter as many as you want/like, then we have a Facebook vote. The top 5 are selected for the picture.
Or you could have a $1 donation to the silhouette of your choice, top 5 moneymakers are selected
