I’ve been informed that Aaron Rivers (Square Nuts) has passed away today.

WTF!!! HOW!!! This is upsetting. I had no idea he was sick or anything was wrong. This is very sad news. My heart hurts now
I gather he wasn’t sick. Seems to have been very sudden and unexpected, though I don’t know the manner.

This was so sad to hear yesterday. He was always so helpful and nice…I’m praying for his family to be comforted in their grief.

This request is targeted to Aaron’s friends who are carpenters, work with wood or have construction experience. Aaron was in the process of rebuilding our front porch and tuckpointing the foundation so our home insurance would be renewed next month. The projects remain unfinished. It’s too cold to work outside next week, but there is quite a bit of milling for the porch columns and railing and building the rail panels could be done in Aaron’s shop.
If you have some available time in the coming week and would be able to assist it would be greatly appreciated. If you’d be available and like to help please respond to this post or get in touch with Scott Cockrill via FB with instructions on how to best contact you.

I would love to but I’m in Florida this coming week (where it’s currently 78F) and Phoenix the week after (where is currently 66F). I could try to help in between but I have to go to KC next weekend probably.
