I think the plan is pretty much every day this week, and installation everything on Sunday (when it’s 40 degrees F out) if not sooner if possible.
Those wanting to help out are encouraged to reach out to Scott Cockrill 1st. He’s leading up this project.
We’ll be meeting again starting at noon tomorrow, but may be meeting up later on Wednesday and Thursday since it sounds like most people are available after 4pm.
For the past few years Rivers, Rustin and myself have been getting together biweekly to hang out, eat good food and/or charcoal depending on who was keeping time, and toss a few back as we “discussed” the topics of the day or played a board game. Tonight was going to be one of those nights. It doesn’t feel right to have one without him I can also see him telling us to just save him a beer for next time.
So we’ll carry on.
You all are cordially invited to the biweekly meeting of the roundtable tonight at 7p in room 4. Pizza and warm Guinness will be provided on a first come first served basis. You are welcome to bring something you would wish to share as always.
Thank you to everyone that has been helping out. They extended the deadline to get the porch done to Wednesday and I think we’re in striking distance of that goal.
All the pillars are built and over half of them are installed. So hopefully the last pillars will go up quick tomorrow and then we could use some help to finish installing the railing and over 100 balusters.
If anyone is still wanting to donate an item for the auction, it sounds like they are still taking items. If you have questions, you can contact El Diesl on Facebook. (Facebook link: https://www.facebook.com/share/1MvxuZrHHz/ )
If you’d rather sell something for a straight price for him, they are also planning to setup a store to sell the items during the celebration of life.

They will accept items up to the start of the event and can fill out the bid sheets there.
Thank you for everyone that came to Aaron’s celebration of life or who helped with the event.
The Guest Block is at the makerspace for those that missed their chance to sign it or want to leave him one last message.
There are also t-shirts from the event for anyone that wants to buy one. The venmo payment will go 100% to his mother, but if you would prefer, you can also use the remittance forms to pay for a shirt. All sizes are $20, all of the 3XLs have already sold.
In addition, more help may be needed this weekend to finish the porch, and we may also be in need of help with moving equipment out of his shop starting Monday.
