I’m a new member at MakeICT with a solid woodworking background, but I’m still waiting on formal woodshop authorization — the class isn’t for over week and half. Ladeana mentioned that if a current member is willing to walk me through the shop’s setup and safety procedures directly, that might be enough to get me started sooner rather than waiting on the class.
I’d love to get going on a few cutting boards in the meantime. If anyone’s around and willing to show me the shop layout, machine-specific safety rules, and general expectations, I’d really appreciate the help. Happy to work around your schedule. This is Julian Everett Vasquez BTW.
