Any of our members who wish to help with our move are welcome to continue packing and staging 1500 E Douglas. The lounge has a whole bunch of boxes, and there are supplies for sealing and marking the boxes. If we can get everything completely packed, it will not take a lot of time to roll it all up on a flatbed and get it over to Booth. We really, really need the have the Douglas location packed and staged no later than Tuesday, March 24. That will give us a full week to get it all moved out and have the building swept to the walls, ready for the landlord’s walk-through on the 31st.
We do want to be sure to wash hands frequently and follow all of the precautions posted on the front door. If we do not get our items moved out on time, it will cost us another month’s rent, utilities, and insurance, which approaches $5,000 when all is said and done.
