We tried opening and shutting the doors multiple times and the alarm still says “west door 1 fault”. I literally tried to slam the door shut to make sure it was shut all the way. It looks conpletely shut, but it wont register on the alarm.
Security is looking at the doors today.
I wish we could get the North door of the East entrance to always close. Multiple times I’ve walked the building before I leave and find it closed but not latched.
I believe that someone explained that the alarm panel displays the most recent fault even after the fault is cleared. And that if there’s a current fault it won’t start the exit countdown when you try to arm it.
