Hello All, the vinyl cutter is not holding the blade. I’ve emailed Fablab, but wanted to let you know that it is down.
The blades have been replaced. The 2 small ones were both very dull, and one of the large blade holders had a small blade in it.
I’ve removed the control panel to try to fix one of the buttons, so the machine is down for maintenance again. The panel will be re-installed tomorrow evening with cleaner and hopefully properly functioning buttons. If the contact cleaner doesn’t do the trick we’ll order some replacements.
