Although I have lots of experience soldering on PCBs and even old terminal strips (I’ve built dozens, perhaps 100 radios, amplifiers, various heathkits and others, as well as having worked on 2-way radios in a shop), I’ve never done surface mount/hot air soldering.
I’ve just purchased a combination soldering station and some solder paste and would like to learn how to use it properly. Maybe part of a class, or some one-on-one instruction?? I would like to learn it on my own machine if someone who’s an expert on the topic would meet me at ERP…
