To help make summer camp as accessible as possible, Exploration Place has created the biggest scholarship opportunity in its history.
144 scholarships are available to attend either In-Person or Digital Discovery Camps by creating a one-page essay, piece of artwork or a comic strip expressing their interest in camp.
There are age requirements, and preference will be given to children eligible for free or reduced lunches and SNAP. They will need transportation for In-Person Camps or an appropriate laptop/tablet for Digital Discovery Camps.
Applications are being accepted now. Deadline for submission is April 24, 2021. Recipients will be notified no later than May 15, 2021 after committee review.
