Electric Bicycle Conversion DIY
This was a DIY electric bicycle conversion that I built. The motor and electronics are from Bolton Ebikes/Area13 Ebikes (name change), it is a 1500W motor. The battery is 52 volts, and comes with it’s 2 Amp charger. I also have a spare thumb throttle with key for the bicycle electronics, the bicycle has a twist throttle and petal assist sensor on it now. I also have some spare parts that go with the bicycle.
0 to 5 levels of assist. Turns on to level 1. Breaking cuts power to the motor.
146 miles on the bicycle.
It’s a blast to ride and handles great. Selling it because I want something else.
