Today a member was approached by three individuals without badges claiming to be the cleaning crew. Make ICT is a volunteer organization and has no cleaning crew. This is a reminder to everyone that if you don’t know an individual and they don’t have a badge, do not let them in the building. If you do let someone in they are your responsibility. Thank you to everyone for helping to make the space a safe place.

I’m just gonna piggy back on this and say that everything worked out as it should.
I don’t, however, want anyone to be alarmed. Those men were meeting me to give a bid on janitorial services, they did not give me enough advance notice to meet them at the building and I was not present when they arrived.
I’ve owned a commercial cleaning company for over 11 years. If you need help with bids, I know some other business owners that I can recommend as well.
Thanks, the board voted last Thursday to sign with Service Master for a provisional period of 3 months. If they cannot fulfill their contract we may open it up for bids again.
