Prusa 4 had a stuck extruder when I was helping out another member with a print. It refused to release the filament or to extrude. The extruded motor was stuck.
I turned the printer off and put an out of order tile.

Prusa 4 is fine again. Someone had tightened the idler screw to the point it couldn’t extrude anything.
