Paper towels not working in dispenser by bathrooms (classroom 1)

There are paper towels in the dispenser, but they’re not feeding correctly.

The men’s restroom is out as well.

There are extra paper towels in the janitorial closet. Check in there also for a key that lets you open it.

Hi Ian,
The board fired our janitorial service 2 months ago so the responsibility for replacing the towels now falls back on the membership. Likely the towels were not loaded into the dispenser correctly and that is why they are not coming out.
There is a key for the towel dispensers located in the closet across from the break room marked Cleaning Supplies. The key hangs in a ring on the hooks at the west wall of the closet, there are many. The instructions for loading the paper towels correctly are on the back wall of the towel dispenser. There are more towels located on the North wall of the same cleaning supplies closet on the top shelf.
I will not be back to the building until Saturday afternoon so I’m afraid it falls to you or anyone else willing to help out. @Directors may be there sooner than I, maybe they can take care of it.

Good news @iancaz, I ran into @deanday in the hallway this afternoon while I was fixing the ceiling fans. He is aware of your post, hopefully he can fix the towel issue.

It wasn’t working Saturday and I thought I fixed it but must not have fixed it properly. I am too short to open it myself so it’s a bit difficult :joy:
