Operating Pressures for the Little Torch range from 2 to 8 psi depending on the tip.
Note that an equivalent Oxygen regulator with the same range will work

Sorry for the late reply. I had hoped to catch you at the space.
The regulator you purchased is for a 1 lb.non-refillable oxygen cylinder. What I specked works with standard refillable oxygen bottles. We can use what we bought for special projects as that setup would be very portable…
