Over debited from my account for membership

Hey there! Are we having problems with the direct debit system?
I was checking my account tonight and a couple days ago $35 (the correct amount with my locker rental) was taken from my account and a little bit later on the same day $25 was taken out. I need this resolved quickly. Who do I need to contact?

Our membership software seems to be having issues with some of the accounts with locker rentals. I cancelled the redundant payment profile. @David can issue a refund.
