Go to slice plate and program freezes for a few minutes and shows “application crash” and closes out
Can you provide any details of the problem you are experiencing, and what questions you may have? Is this on your personal computer or something at Makeict?
This is on the the MakeICT computer and it happens when I am trying to slice the plate prior to print on the Snapmaker U1. Is there a simple fix for this?
Crashing on slice usually points to a corrupted profile or a model issue. Have you tried it with a simple test cube to see if it’s the file or the install?
I tried a file that I had previously printed with no issues and it still crashed but I will try a new simple file next time.
