Kinna cool.
This batch was a bit dry and tasted like regular potatos but im told if cured right they are sweeter than standard sweet potatoes.
Bought at Kim Son on pawnee
Natural Kstate purple no food coloring was used

I’m still waiting for K_State to release the purple sweet potatoes they developed that are super sweet. Developed at their Haysville location.
