Hey, I’ve been caught up in work more than I’d like lately and won’t be making it out for the work day. On the 9th however I should be out for a full day of work.
October 11th at 6pm we will have our next Garden Committee meeting.
At the meeting we will be discussing our future plans as we transition to Sean Sandefur taking over as Committee Chair.
Other business will include:
Assessing our current work and meeting schedule
Getting a Secretary to take meeting notes. IF YOU ARE AVAILABLE TO SERVE IN THIS CAPACITY,
PLEASE STEP UP. WE NEED YOU!
Future Events, Classes, Etc.
Establishing a money account/budget.
And lots of other fun stuff.
We will also COOKOUT after this meeting and show people around the garden for Maker Monday.
Please feel free to suggest agenda items, proclaim you availability as Secretary, or discuss the best foodstuffs to bring to the cookout.
