Good evening everyone,
There is a new box in the entranceway (underneath the table with the “free stuff” box) for collecting hygiene products and other items that will help address homelessness in the Wichita area! We will take any of the following items:
- Body wipes
- Toilet paper
- AA & AAA batteries
- Toothbrushes & toothpaste
- Individual soap, shampoo, & lotion
- Deodorant
- Menstrual products
- Hand sanitizer
- First aid supplies
- Tents, sleeping bags, other camping supplies
- Individually packaged snacks
All items donated will go directly to people in need via the Sunflower Community Support Network, a community-based group focused on meeting the needs of our unhoused neighbors. You can find out more about what we do here: linktr.ee/SCSN.Wichita
