This is a 3/4" Highland woodworking “Wood Slicer”, it is a resaw blade with definite set to the teeth but not enough for pronounced curved cuts. As set up it has made impressively straight cuts in pine, white oak, and green wood for turning (using the jig on site) with ease.
Please treat the new blade with respect. Excessive speed/force in feeding material through the blade is the number one contributor to premature dulling of the teeth (more than the use of most hard woods).
