Need someone to 3d print for me

I need a 3d print. I have a file (OBJ or STL format) of a storm shelter I’d like to print. Here’s what it looks like (minus the railing for the print): Garage Underground - Download Free 3D model by Survive-A-Storm (@steelcorp) [5833ca4] - Sketchfab.

I’d like it to be just like this with one side open. The steps or anything you’d recommend could be glued on if necessary. The open side could be maybe a clear filament or plexiglass. Again, I am receptive to suggestions.

I’d pay for this service. Who could do it, and how large could you make it?

I trust you are talking about a reduced-size portable model for sales or educational purposes?

Yes. As big as the printer can print. 10" or whatever.
