I don’t know what’s been going on with the machine I was using. It was fine till the point it started jamming. Whenever I’d try to clear the jammed areas, the bobbin would always get itself tangled with the thread of the needle. To be honest, I’m not sure how to fix that, nor the reasons why it kept on doing that.

It was great meeting you today, @jesstbusiness! Make sure to hold both threads toward the back while starting your stitching. Sometimes, the machine will pull the top thread down into the bobbin case causing a mess if you are not holding it with gentle tension as you start to stitch. Also, double check to make sure the machine is threaded correctly. That can also cause a tangled jam.
