Anyone know what might have happened to a vase that was on the bisque firing shelf. Made from calico clay and stood 8-10 inches tall as greenware. I don’t see it anywhere. Also it is not in the photos from this recent bisque load with the other items I had with it. It was my sons - made on his first day of learning to throw on the wheel. Did anyone happen accidentally knock it over or find it knocked over and broken on the bisque for shelf in the last couple of weeks? Just would like to know so I don’t keep looking for it.

A tall piece would stand out since the majority are short or flat, I don’t recall seeing it on the shelf. I make a little bed of towels to lay them on. If the shelf is bumped it could cause a tall one to topple.

It was definitely there on the bisque shelf- at least for few days. Not a huge deal at all - just would like to know what happened to it. It was nothing fancy or difficult - just one of his first pieces and we were hoping to glaze and finish it. He’s not upset.
I know you take care of the pieces Thad.
It seems to have disappeared before you ever saw it.
