Using Mario tonight, started fine, then after a couple prints, the laser stopped outputting, but the button is “on” and it goes through all the motions. Hit start again and it works, after a couple more, stopped again. Turn off, back on worked for teo more then stopped outputting, cycle power, good for two more

Sounds like an intermittent door switch or signal to/from one.

It was the door switch and should be fixed

Door switch is malfunctioning again. Reported that forcing the door down “a smidge” gets it working again, so there may be an adjustment needed.

The source of the lid interlock malfunction is the lid not closing all the way. There is interference at the front left corner holding the lid slightly ajar. I have placed a sign on the lid regarding this. If I have time this weekend I’ll look more closely into why this has recently become an issue, be it wear on the hinges or something else. The gas spring on the same side is also loose. If somebody addresses these issues, please post it here.
