The Raffle is coming to the Magnificent Soiree. Are you!? Here are some details.
Each raffle ticket is 5$. That’s five dollars only! Unless you purchase 5 tickets, then its 20$. All proceeds from the raffle will go into the coffers earmarked for wider, newer, more efficient, and more sustainable air conditioning to be implemented in the future.
The prizes are pretty good, in my opinion and Ill be swinging by to highlight as many as I can this week, starting with the free class certificate!! This will be a free class offered by Timothy York and is one of the brand spanky new Stained Glass classes he has set up here at MakeICT. If you want to try out the basics, you can use this certificate to take all 3 sessions of the introductory class. Even if you purchase 5 tickets, thats a steep discount for this class!!

Day 2 is a Big reveal day. We will be offering the talents of our exiting President, Micheal Atherton. He will be making a custom sized-for-you ring. I’ve seen these in person and they are so pretty!! Think about it…a great little gift for someone special in your life and they dont need to know it only cost you the price of a raffle ticket!!!
Remember, the Raffle will be held during the Magnificent Soiree this Sunday between 1-8pm. Tickets will be 5$ individually or 20$ for 5!

Our third prize up for Raffle is a lovely fall themed lap or throw quilt. If you know someone who is cold as soon as we lose a few leaves, this cuddler is for them!! Made by member Bonnie C. and donated to help raise as much as possible so that she can keep making them in the summer!!

Prizes Prizes Prizes!!!
Ok quick update on the Stained Glass class. Mr. Timothy York has decided to alter this prize and open eligability to those who have already taken the Basics course and would like to buy tickets in hopes of using the certificate on the Advanced course. SO…it will be good for whatever level YOU need to take the class for! Thank you sir!!
Now, our final raffle prize up for grabs comes down from the Board. You can buy tickets for a chance to win a 6 month free membership to MakeICT!!! How great is that? Once again, a SUPER steep discount even if you buy 20$ of tickets!
We will also be selling Cream pies at 1$ each for a chance to smush whip cream all over your favorite board members, or willing friends. Water balloons will be available to splash each other with, in hopes of cleaning up. Dinner will be coming off the grill between 4 and 5, and the raffle winners will be anounced shortly after 5!
Please note, the member ship is ONLY good for membership dues, you will still need to cover any lockers or other fees. Also, cash is king!! Bring plenty to purchase raffle tickets, cream pies, beverages. And BYOB.
