Last we I had an issue with Luigi where I couildn’t get the lens tightened… but at that time, I didn’t think it was really working right. Chris cleaned it when it wasn’t working right on Tuesday. I came back today (Friday) and it is not really working right… I am getting a lot of flame ups and I have to cut things twice to get them to actually cut. I can’t think it should have gone out of tune in just 3 days.

That sounds like maybe the air assist isn’t working. Pump unplugged or failed, line linked or plugged up might be what I would check if I was there.
