I ended up using a wire cup. It didn’t eat the fiberglass as bad as I expected.

I can imagine that. It’s only 119 MPH at the circumference. Well below the speed of sound.
At a little over 60,000 RPM it starts getting really interesting.

Standing water around where I sealed. No water in the bus.

Small victories. The standing water shouldn’t be an issue but you could probably bondo the area up to get rid of the pooling… and if you’re luck is like mine direct the water to the next leak.
