@FabLab I am a new member, and I attended the authorization class last Tuesday by Ben. I am unable to start Luigi. The light on the badge reader turns yellow then red. I also sent an email to fablab@makeict.org about this.

I am still unable to access.
While I was there yesterday, another member was able to successfully access Luigi so it looks like the problem is just with my badge / access.
That is strange. I can try to authorize it again, but if it still doesn’t work, IT might need to get involved.

It should work now. I forced a sync on your profile and I see the permission is now on our local servers for your badge.
I am able to access the machine now. Thanks for the help everyone
