"Knock-off Everywhere Belt Bag"

“Knock-off Everywhere Belt Bag”

It’s a diy version of the Lululemon bag of that name. It’s a cross-body, two zipper, small bag. The pattern is from the Sewing Times Blog

It's not a purse. It's European.

Neato!

One thing I love about bags is that you can go wild with the liner pattern, even if you’re reluctant to do that with the bag itself. It’s like a secret. I got two bags recently from @LauraP and she’s all about the wacky linings.

It looks well-executed, too.

Nice job, @hammond ! There are a ton of these bags out in the wild, so I’m glad I’m not the only one making my own!! That lining is superb!!

A tip for binding seams on the inside, sew it together first with a thread that matches the outside, then change it to a color that matches your bias binding for that last go around. Then you won’t see the stitches when you look inside.

And thanks for the shout out @Gretchen
