There’s a large store-bought black jacket rolled up in the cloth shelves. All tags are still attached.
I want very much to cut it up to use the fabric but I’m unsure whether this is actually a cloth donation or a misplaced item.

If it’s a dress, feel free to cut. Purchase & I removed some crystal bows to use in another item. If it’s a jacket, idk about that

Janice you are right, it’s a dress. I assumed it was a jacket because that’s all I wear
