I took the CNC plasma authorization a couple months ago but haven’t needed to make anything until this week but I have been having issues with the plasma table. The first problem I ran into is that linuxcnc would not launch on the computer, restarting did not fix the issue but I stepped away for a while and then came back and was able to get linuxcnc to launch. Now I am able to do a successful dry run but when I try to cut the z axis doesn’t do anything, it stays around 3" over the material and the torch doesn’t light. I double checked that the plasma cutter is on and the compressor is on and the torch is enabled on linuxcnc Does anyone have time to walk me through the process again sometime this week?
