Define “total noob” - have you used a sewing machine? Made a tote bag or pillow case? October is a great time for sewing because it’s halloween costume time! That’s what I sew… costumes and pajamas. My skills are not enough for anything I’d wear to a job interview. I avoid things with sleeves or too many fitted curves. Pants, skirts, tank tops, and combinations of the above are my comfort zone.
