Great list of skills! Was the pool table one of those coin-operated versions?

It is a circa 1918 Brunswick Newport that has been in the family since the 1960’s. I have replaces the cushions and felt, so I can play it. I’m refinishing the body, it was painted black. It is about 90% stripped and it is a quarter sawn oak and I started sanding and started really show the grain. When I get some finished I will post before and after photos. But, I don’t expect I will be completed for a few months (years?).

Welcome!

I am a bit of an electronics dabbler by trade. I have some Spartan-3 experience but most of that is fighting to get Xilinx’s ISE to work on newer operating systems.

The Digilent Arty S7 board came with free download to Vivado software. I don’t know what the difference between the ISE’s. My computer is 10 years old Windows 10 Pro. It was a pain to install and it run a little slow. My notes on the install are very limited. I also installed it on Linux about a year ago, but I really never used it.
