hello! my name is joslin and I am so thrilled to be a member of makeict! I am a jack of all trades type of person so I really appreciate the opportunity to use this space where you can learn about different crafts and have the ability to try something new. I am pretty well versed in fiber art, sewing, wire wrapping, film photography and we do a good amount of gardening, fermenting and preserving. I really love upcycling and reusing/reconstructing with materials from my grandma, the thrift store or foraged. I’ve dabbled in oil painting, sculpting, wood carving and mosaics. I would really love to use the space to get better at pottery, stained glass, and soldering. My partner is very much a woodworker guy so we’ll probably be around the wood shop a lot as well. thank you so very much for reading and we are so glad to be apart of this wonderful community!
