We are moving so I needed to cancel my membership and shelf rental. I tried to find the proper page and couldn’t. The wiki doesn’t have any up to date information so I’m hoping someone can cancel for me. There used to be a tab for this, but I am not seeing it.

If you were paying electronically through PayPal, there are a couple of steps we recommend you complete:
- First, log in to your MakeICT account at makeict.wildapricot.org and click on the “Stop recurring payments” button. This should cancel your autopay subscription.
- Second, please check in your PayPal account to make sure there isn’t still an active subscription on that end. For instructions on how to do this, please visit: https://www.paypal.com/cs/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-cancel-a-subscription-faq577
We do not require you to turn in your key badge; it will be de-activated automatically. Keep it safe and it can be re-activated if you join again in the future.
There’s also an optional survey.
I only have a button option to renew for the next month. No options to stop payments or cancel membership that I can see. I have been looking but not seeing it. I did cancel recurring payments with PayPal.
Excellent! Cancelling the subscription in PayPal should be sufficient! Memberships go dormant after nonpayment, and can always be reactivated in the future.
You can double-check WildApricot once more for peace of mind by:
Clicking on “Invoices and payments”
And then by making sure you don’t see the “Stop recurring payments” button!
