What is it, and what does it do?

• It’s a hanging bed, it holds my bed off the ground using cables. With the ceiling now being exposed I was able to mount it from the joists. Each cable capacity is 5,000 lbs. I haven’t maxed it out on weight capacity but two women and two dogs were held

why are you making it (optional)

• for a fun thing in my guest bedroom

I thought of doing something like this for an outside space. I was thinking Macrame and am air-mattress because of the rain.
