A couple of issues to learn from-
The wires used on the jewelry did not work firing at cone 5. They bowed in the heat of the kiln and let the pieces drop. Some stuck to another persons work. please don’t use that wire in our kilns.
Also some pieces that were glazed on the bottom ran so much they stuck to their stilts and dripped onto the shelf below.
Please wipe all glaze from bottom of your work using a damp sponge before placing on kiln shelf. Also if your glaze may run be sore to leave at least 1/4 bare on the bottom edge. Glaze on bottoms is not recommended for cone 5 firing .
