I have an skutt 180 along with a 181 at my house and I was thinking about turning the Skutt 180 into a propane gas fired kiln and possibly donating it to makeict where we could fire it once a month or every three months or something like that. If people are interested in doing that kind of pottery. this post is more towards is this something we like to do or do I need to find another avenue for it ?

We should certainly talk about it. Phase two of our grand plan involves building an outdoor space for the studio at Booth where we could do just that, but it is contingent on zoning and future budget.
