I heard rumors that if it gets bad enough it might actually fix the City of Wichita computer system.
If the 1989 and 2003 solar storms didn’t fix the city’s computer system, I don’t think another one will help.
My Nextdoor feed has a local astronomy guy who regularly posts. He just told us Cheney dam is a great dark place to watch the northern lights tonight.
He posted pics of this when it happened last year. And told us last year was a lesser solar ejection event.
Should be good.
