There’s a lot more to it than just renting space. We would need a permit from the city I believe and there is state reporting.
100% worth it IMHO I just don’t have time to help plan it…

The thought of a once a month farmers market style makers market sounds appealing to me. I don’t know if it would be a money maker for the space but it sounds like fun.

There are limitations on what we can and can’t do because of our zoning and the PUD we were granted by the city. If folks become serious about this sort of idea, those restrictions need to be researched and understood first so we stay on the right side of what the city will allow.
