I want to thank all of the members for their patience with the building shutdown. Service Master stripped all of the old wax off the hallway floors and laid down new coats. In the future Service Master will only have to burnish the floors and refresh the wax which should be a much less faster process. I hope that you are pleased with the result.

This will occur quarterly, if I recall correctly?

Burnishing and a new polish will occur quarterly but not the stripping.
Functionally, the polish and coating is likely a 3 hour or so job, depending on how quickly the wax dries.
