Seems there is always some mending to do in lieu of creating something new. In this age of consumerism and disposable everything, I find a lot of contentment by extending the useful life of well worn clothing and other textile housewares. If anyone would be interested in meeting in the textile area for mending , fixing or upcyclimg reply to this thread.
