Many things were accomplished:
- Replaced the filters in South Hall HVAC units
- Discovered the source of the tapping emanating from Classroom 4 HVAC unit (transmitted sound from gas line shaking against pipe anchor)
- Classroom 4 HVAC unit roof top condenser not functioning, diagnosed problem as blown 70+5 mf capacitor. Capacitor removed to be replaced at later date as none is kept in reserve.
- Inspected other roof top condenser, functioning fine but needs cleaning and addition of insulation to suction line. Will install when changing capacitor of other unit.
- Removed window unit covers inside Classroom 4.
- Cleaned out Flame Locker at the end of West Hall and sorted stains, chemicals, oils and paints for disposal / grief area availability. Moved Flame locker to Facilities Garage.
- Re-located Grief Area items to dumpster for removal.
