Exciting PrusaSlicer feature in development

I was browsing the recent commit history on the Github page for PrusaSlicer and saw a number references to a feature I’ve been looking forward to for a while.

Can you guess what it is?

Modifier Meshes?

Nope, it’s had those for quite a while.

You did say “guess,” so that’s what I did. My second guess is the ability to modify individual layers.

Nope, this feature is much more basic.

Fix an error

Not quite, though you’re getting warmer. Auto-repairing mesh errors has been a feature in slic3r (and by extension PrusaSlicer) for quite some time. This feature has more to do with operator errors…

As the only coding I know is Base 10 I’m pretty proud of my answer.

You got it! My favorite feature in any piece of software, the undo button!

I make a lot of mistakes, so I’ll be very happy when this feature is complete. I also won’t have to explain in the basics class that the trusty ctrl+z incantation has no effect on PrusaSlicer.
