Learn the basics of turning on the wood lathe. Class will cover wood lathe safety, set up, and common tools.
Participants will each make a small project like a goblet, shotglass, or honey dipper. Bowls will not be made in this class. If you have another project you would like to work on please get in touch ahead of time to see if it will fit in the timeframe.
Wood will be provided.
Ages: 16+
Required authorizations: Woodshop
