The table saw sled is a very basic project, but requires some extreme precision.

The reward is bringing safe, easy, repeatable, and reliable precision to crosscutting on the table saw.

Processing sheet goods (without a sled).

Face and edge jointing.

Simple biscuit joints.

Simple dowel joints.

Laminating.

Ripping and crosscutting thin and narrow strips.

Band sawing simple curves.

Hand routing patterns and edge contours.

Predrilling/countersinking.

Three and four cut squaring methods.

And finally, using the sleds.

Depending on attendance we will make between 2 and 5 sleds with various functions.
