In this class studendts will learn the function and capabilities of an oscilloscope and the methodology of looking at time varying signals without getting into all that mathmagicial mumbo jumbo. The class is centered around a DSO138 hobby scope, and students will become proficient at using it and a 555 based frequency generator.
Students will get to take home the oscilloscope and function generator used in class.
