Event Contact?

For a local business to share an event with MakeICT, who is the contact?

Don’t have details yet I was just asked by a marketing friend. Sounds like it may be mutually beneficial to help with exposure to MakeICT for new members.

Have them email Communications@makeict.org or socialmedia@makeict.org

Turns out our newsletter is a pretty effective way for us to reach membership.

Unfortunately, that means we would need notice of an event soon after a board meeting (3rd Thursday each month) to get the event into the newsletter.

As the newsletter is part of Communications wouldn’t it be wise to have the person writing it on the communication committee? That would make it easier to get the information that you need.
