I have 3 non-member’s waivers not showing up in the check in tool. One states they had done the waiver. On Tuesday they digitally signed the waiver in front of me. I just checked and the tool still shows “No”.
Its a known issue. It doesn’t hurt to have them do one in front of you just to be on the safe side. Useually if the system misses the first waiver signing number two works, or It’ll finally see it within a week.
Often people ignore the email it sends them. Remind them to respond to that….and if they don’t get the email, check the spam folder.
