I learned something today…
Emulsion remover can cause the emulsion to PERMANENTLY LOCK IN if not washed off soon enough. Yikes. In other words… don’t let the solution “soak in” for too long before scrubbing at it and hitting it with the power washer.
I am sure you will point this out in the authorization classes. That seems crazy, but I am sure there is some chemistry reasoning behind it, just a bit scary.
Might be a good idea to post a sign, and even a note on the bottle just as a reminder.

Yup. That can happen. Ive seen it at print shops before. I had a small print shop I ran from my house, never had those problems but saw them st a retail shop.
